摘 要
在中国跨入新世纪以来,社会经济得到了迅速发展,在这样的一个大背景下中国的企业也面临着一个新的发展起点。科技的迅速发展和经济水平的快速提高,使得我国的企业之间的竞争变得更加激烈。现如今的世界已经成为了一种全球经济一体化的世界,在此条件下,企业也拥有了前所未有的机遇。现在的企业发展是机遇与挑战并存的,因此这就要求企业加大对员工的培训,员工培训已然成为企业人力资源管理的重要工作。而在员工培训的专业化和多元化的条件下,培训的内容已近渗透了企业的各个方面。
本文以M公司的员工培训作为研究对象,通过M公司员工培训的现状 、 M公司员工培训存在的问题及原因分析、对M公司员工培训问题提出改进对策这三个具体研究对M公司的员工培训进行理论指导,采取多种方法,对M公司的培训情况进行研究分析。通过以上手段,指出M公司的员工培训过程中的不足点和问题,并且结合M公司的实际情况对相关问题提出解决方案。要借鉴其他成功企业的培训管理经验和其成功理论,系统的对M公司的员工进行培训,制定相关的培训方案和检查方案,形成一个完善体系,提高员工素质,从而促进M企业的持续发展。

Abstract
Since China entered the new century, the social economy has developed rapidly. Under such a background, Chinese enterprises are facing a new starting point. With the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid improvement of economic level, the competition among enterprises becomes more and more fierce. Now the world has become a global economic integration of the world, in this condition, the enterprise also has an unprecedented opportunity. Now the development of enterprises is the coexistence of opportunities and challenges, which requires enterprises to increase staff training, staff training has become an important task of human resource management. Under the condition of the specialization and diversification of the training, the content of the training has penetrated into all aspects of the enterprise.
This paper takes the M company staff training as the research object, staff training situation, M company by M staff training, provides the analysis of the problems and the reasons for the problems of M company staff training to improve the three specific countermeasures on staff training of M's theory, adopt various methods to research and Analysis on the training situation M company. Through the above means, pointed out the deficiencies and problems in the process of M company's staff training, and combined with the actual situation of M company to solve the problem.
