摘要
近年来，随着经济的不断发展，我国中小企业的数量正在不断增长。中小企业在国民经济增长中，还是要解决就业的国内生产总值，中小企业发挥着重要作用。但中小企业的贡献和收获是完整的，中小企业融资难一直是制约其发展的瓶颈，也是社会普遍存在的问题。本文研究了中国汉字科技有限责任公司的融资问题，找出了问题的原因，并提出了解决问题的对策。
中国文字科技有限公司，专业从事儿童识字教学。本文在财务管理、财务分析和理论研究的基础上，首先介绍了融资的背景和意义，并对相关理论进行了分析，分析了公司融资成本的实践及相关财务状况的指标，找出了融资难的问题。最后通过加强合作解决融资问题，利用价值链加强内部控制建设。
