福来得超市卖场管理存在问题研究(论文11000字)
摘 要
超市是一个以经营食品、百货、日用品等日常生活用品为主,以货架陈列商品、同时消费者进行自选的一站式销售方式,为消费者提供了一个舒适、宽敞、明亮的购物环境和优质的售后服务为一体的现代零售企业。在社会不断发展变化的过程中,在服务经济的时代条件下,超市卖场不再是仅仅以销售商品为目的的经营场所,而是一个给顾客提供优质服务的过程。超市卖场是顾客最直接接触的场所,顾客对一个超市服务的满意度的高低直接影响着本企业的销售额和顾客忠诚度。所以,只有不断加强超市的卖场管理,才能真正意义上赢得忠诚顾客,留住顾客,从而使企业不断发展强大起来。本文以福来得超市为例,主要对超市卖场管理中的超市卖场环境、商品管理、人员管理、物流成本四个问题进行了探讨。通过探究找到目前福来得超市在卖场管理方面存在的问题,根据存在的问题提出了一些具体的、具有针对性的对策,从而使福来得超市在卖场管理方面有所改善,以此提高超市卖场的管理水平,从而提升超市的竞争力,同时也希望为其他超市卖场管理提供借鉴。

Abstract
Supermarket is a business daily necessities such as food, department stores, daily necessities mainly, with shelves display, at the same time consumers to customize one-stop sales way, provides consumers with a comfortable, spacious and bright shopping environment and high quality after-sales service as one of the modern retail enterprises. In the process of social development change, under the condition of the era of service economy, supermarket stores is no longer only for the purpose of selling goods management place, but a process for customers to provide quality services. Supermarket stores is the most direct contact with the customer, the customer satisfaction of a supermarket service directly affects the company's sales and customer loyalty. Therefore, only by strengthening the supermarket management of the supermarket, can we really win the loyal customers, keep the customers, and make the enterprise grow stronger and stronger. Based on f come supermarket as an example, this paper mainly to supermarket sells in the supermarket stores management environment, product management, personnel management, logistics cost four problems are discussed in this paper.
