从A企业投资亏损谈企业投资风险控制(论文9400字)
摘 要
在我国经济体系中,企业不但在经济快速增长中所发挥的作用日益显著,而且对社会稳定也起到了很大作用。然而,在全球经济一体化发展的大背景下,国内企业的投资环境也在发生巨大变化与此同时,企业在完全竞争的市场环境中所面临的投资风险也更加复杂。所以,在最先进的企业管理中,风险管理成为重要职能,并且也是关系到企业成败的因素之一。但是在我国企业中风险管理仍没有得到足够的重视,尤其是在投资财务风险管理方面。投资财务风险管理的重点在于平衡风险收益与风险损失的关系,以最小的风险成本实现企业价值的最大化,并对可能出现的投资风险进行控制,保障企业的长远发展。所以,企业的投资财务风险管理的研究,具有极为重要的理论和现实意义,也是完善企业经营管理的必然要求和趋势。

ABSTRACT
