摘  要
企业团队合作与管理作为现代管理新理念中的核心理念之一，它强调组织的整体效应，以增进企业员工的内部合作为基石，追求企业的发展与创新，有效的提高企业的工作效率，注重企业综合实力与抗风险能力的有效提升。
本文在介绍团队合作及管理相关理论的基础上，以A中小科技公司为例，剖析企业团队管理的现状，提出了企业团队合作及管理过程中存在的问题，并为A企业改善团队合作及管理问题提供有效的对策建议，从而促进企业持续健康发展。

Abstract
As one of the core concepts in the new concept of modern management, enterprise teamwork and management emphasizes the overall effect of the organization, strengthens the internal cooperation of the employees as the cornerstone, pursues the development and innovation of the enterprise, and effectively improves the efficiency of the enterprise, paying attention to The comprehensive strength of the enterprise and the ability to resist risks have been effectively improved.
Based on the introduction of team cooperation and management related theories, this paper takes A small and medium-sized technology companies as an example to analyze the current situation of enterprise team management, put forward problems in the process of enterprise team cooperation and management, and improve teamwork and management for A enterprises. The problem provides effective countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company.
