中小型快递公司运营优化分析—以某天天快递为例(含调查问卷)(论文17000字)
摘 要
计算机通信快速发展促进了电子商务的发展,而网购热潮带动了国内快递配送业务的高速发展。2015年新增网民3951万人,增长率为6.1%,较2014年提升1.1个百分点,网民规模增速有所提升,国内的电子商务发展还将迎来新的高峰,这就要求售后和物流要紧跟电商发展节奏,电商的整个消费环节物流是和客户直接接触的环节,其服务质量对电商发展有着重要的影响。高效快速的物流配送服务能够积极的推动电商的发展,反之则会严重制约其发展而物流快递企业的运营现状中已经出现了很多亟待处理的问题。
论文以南京大厂天天快递为例,发现其运营过程中存在的问题,并分析成因结合公司发展实情给出合理改进建议和运营优化的方案。针对天天快递公司存在的问题,合理设计出调查问卷,并将其发放到中小快递承包公司和发件客户手中,根据问卷回收的情况对搜集的资料进行统计整理和分析,总结出快递企业运营中普遍存在的问题,以及不同群体对于问题处理的不同想法或建议。在当今快递行业快速发展的背景下,结合上述结论,研究中小型快递公司发展中普遍存在的问题,分析问题成因,提出应对问题的策略和处理问题的合理化建议,从而优化企业运营机制,促进中小型快递企业的发展。
论文第一章提出了研究背景、研究目的和意义,并阐述了论文研究的内容和方法。在第二章的文献综述中,通过对文献资料的研读,概述中小型快递企业的发展状况。第三章案例分析,具体分析南京大厂天天快递公司的运营状况。第四章设计调查问卷,并采用便捷可行的方法发放问卷,通过对回收的资料进行统计整理和分析,掌握中小型快递企业运营情况及存在的问题。第五章在上述分析研究的基础上,分析和总结问题,提出对中小型快递企业运营的优化方案。最后对全文进行了总结,展望中小型快递企业未来发展。
