公车公营的出租车公司经营模式研究(任务书,开题报告,论文19000字)
摘 要
在社会经济高速发展的今天，出租车作为城市交通的一部分，在为居民提供出行服务、缓解城市公共交通紧张方面起到非常重要的作用。然而行业内企业管理混乱、司企矛盾僵化、车辆行驶停放违章等问题明显。这些问题显示当前出租车企业采用的经营模式与出租车交通的特质不适应，以及应对问题的调整机制不到位。公车公营模式在管理以及规模经济性上具有与其他模式不同的优越性，是符合城市交通发展趋势，行业管理部门鼓励优先发展的经营模式。因而研究公车公营的公司经营模式是很有必要的。
首先，论文将我国出租车经营模式进行分类和提出经营模式的评价指标，进而根据相关指标分析各经营模式的利弊。明确当前出租车行业存在的问题。其次，深入探究公车公营模式的原理，并且分析公车公营模式下企业的管理机制，包括对公司营运和驾驶员的管理。研究该模式在管理机制上的优越性和局限性。最后，对当前出租车行业利润分配状态进行研究，介绍出租车企业运营成本的定义及其构成，结合实地调查所得的营运数据算出单车营运成本，得到企业实际营运利润。在对企业运营利润进行分析后，提出企业与驾驶员利润分配的方案，将多个方案进行比较评价，给出最为合理公平、效益最高的利润分配方案。再对出租车企业公车公营模式下的管理、经营等提出合理化建议。

Abstract
Today, with the rapid development of social economy, taxis, as part of urban transportation, play a very important role in providing travel services for residents and alleviating the tension of urban public transportation.However, Some problems in the industry are serious. For example, business management is chaotic, drivers and businesses are in conflict, and vehicles are illegally parked.These problems show that the current business model adopted by taxi companies is not suitable for the characteristics of taxi traffic, and the adjustment mechanism for dealing with problems is not in place.Public-operated Model of Public Vehicle has different advantages from other modes in management and economies of scale. It is in line with the trend of urban traffic development, and the industry management department encourages priority development. Therefore, it is necessary to study the Public-operated Model of Public Vehicle company’s operation mode.
First of all, the paper classifies the taxi operation mode in China and proposes the evaluation indicators of the operation mode, and then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each operation mode according to relevant indicators. Identify the current problems in the taxi industry.Secondly, it explores the principle of the Public-operated Model of Public Vehicle and analyzes the management mechanism of the company under that mode, including the management of the company's operations and drivers. Study the superiority and limitations of this mode in management mechanisms.Finally, the paper studies the current profit distribution status of the taxi industry, introduces the definition and composition of the operating costs of the taxi enterprises, and calculates the operating costs of the bicycles based on the data obtained from the surveys to obtain the actual operating profit of the enterprises.After analyzing the operating profit of the enterprise, the scheme of profit distribution is proposed, and multiple schemes are compared and evaluated, and the most reasonable and fair profit distribution scheme is given. Then put forward reasonable suggestions for the management and operation of the taxi company .
