R企业员工培训管理研究(论文18000字)
摘 要
随着经济的发展,企业间的竞争空前加剧。越来越多的企业认识到竞争不仅仅在于企业的产品和服务,更在于企业中的人力资本,而培训管理是使企业保持竞争优势的有力方法。通过员工培训与管理,企业能够吸引、保留和促进人力资本。从而使企业在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。因此,员工培训管理对企业的生存与发展有着举足轻重的作用。本文依据新时代的人力资源管理概论,对培训管理的概念进行深刻理解,同时又在论文的研究基础上,分析 R 企业的培训流程,包括培训需求分析,计划制定,组织和实施,效果评估,得出 R 企业在员工培训方面存在的问题和隐患:无法实现培训需求向培训内容的正确转化,培训理念较为落后,培训的组织和实施缺乏计划性,缺乏培训效果的评估和成果转化,培训评估工作不够深入。希望这些使得管理层能够认清现状,知晓目前企业员工培训的弊端,同时就针对存在的
问题提出针对性的对策:培训的关注重点转变,培训需求分析的完善,培训活动的计划和执行需要更加规范化的方向发展,培训要向深层次、更全面、更广阔的方向发展,重视培训的过程,培训评估和应用需要更加及时、有效,要向“学习型组织”转换,以此为管理层提供借鉴,也是为了改善企业的培训制度。

ABSTRACT
With the development of economy, competition among enterprises has intensified unprecedentedly. More and more enterprises realize that competition is not only the product and service of the enterprise, but also the human capital in the enterprise, and the training management is a powerful way to keep the competitive advantage of the enterprise. Through staff training and management, enterprises can attract, retain and promote human capital. So that enterprises can remain invincible in fierce competition.
Therefore, staff training management plays an important role in the survival and development of enterprises.
Based on the introduction of human resource management in the new era, this paper makes a deep understanding of the concept of training management, and on the basis of the research of the paper, analyzes the training process of R enterprises, including training demand analysis, plan formulation, organization and implementation, effect evaluation, and draws the problems and hidden dangers of R enterprises in the training of employees. It cannot achieve the correct transformation of training requirements to the training content, the training concept is relatively backward, the
training organization and implementation lack of planning, lack of training effect evaluation and results transformation, training evaluation work is not thorough enough.
It is hoped that the management can recognize the current situation and know the disadvantages of the training of the employees at present. At the same time, we will put forward the countermeasures against the existing problems: the focus of training, the improvement of training demand analysis, the planning and implementation of training activities in the direction of more standardized development, and the training to the deeper level, In a more comprehensive and broader direction, we should pay more attention to the process of training. The evaluation and application of training need to be more timely and effective. It should be converted to the "learning organization" to provide a reference for the management and also to improve the training system of the enterprise.
