摘要：改革开放以来，我国民营快递企业迅猛发展，与国有和外资快递企业进行激烈竞争。但民营快递企业在发展的同时，也遭受着巨大的压力。随着中国加入WTO和国内邮政改革，民营快递企业可谓机遇与挑战并存。本文运用了SWOT分析方法具体分析了民营快递企业存在的问题，并在此基础上，提出了相应的发展对策。

The Problems And Strategies Of Private Express
Abstact: Since reform and opening, China's private express delivery companies have rapidly developed, and competed with delivery of state-owned as well as foreign enterprises. However, the development of private express delivery companies could not avoid tremendous pressure at the same time. With China's accession to WTO and domestic postal reform, private express delivery companies can be described as both opportunities and challenges. This paper uses a SWOT analysis method to state the problems of private express delivery companies, On this basis, corresponding countermeasures has been put forward at the same time.
