企业履行员工责任的价值分析(11000字)
摘  要:员工作为推动企业发展,为企业创造财富的活力之源,关爱员工是企业承担社会责任的第一要义,是企业应履行的最基本的社会责任。本文从企业履行员工责任的现状着手,分析企业履行员工责任的内涵,剖析员工责任构成要素,以及履行员工责任所实现的企业价值。指出企业在履行员工责任方面存在的问题,并针对企业如何切实履行员工责任提出对策和建议,为今后建立和谐的企业劳动关系,实现企业与员工的互相提升提供理论依据。

Value Analysis on Corporations’ Responsibilities of Employees
Abstract: In order to promote the  enterprise, the enterprisers should be concerned with their staffs, because the staff is the source of vitality of enterprises to create wealth and promote enterprise development. This paper caring for staff has become the first essence of enterprise responsibility,it is the most basic social responsibility as well.
This article starts with the present situation of staff responsibility, analysis its connotation, essential factors and value in carrying out the employees' responsibilities. At the same time, the paper is going to point out the existing problems about how to discharge staff responsibility, establishment of harmonious labor relations in future and the realization of mutual promotion between enterprises and staffs.
