摘 要:人力资源是企业的第一资源,对人的管理是现代管理的中心任务。我国家族制企业在对人力资源管理上普遍存在家族化倾向,这种选择有其理性的一面,但也存在许多问题。本文首先阐述了家族企业的概念,然后提出家族制企业在人力资源配置、激励、产权、使用、开发上存在的问题, 并且分析原因。最后,对家族企业人力资源管理问题尝试提出解决对策,以期对家族企业人力资源管理提供一些借鉴。

Abstract: Human resource is the primary resource of enterprises, to the person's management is the central task of modern management. Our oldest enterprises of human resources management in the common tendency, the choice is family-based its rational side, but there are also many problems. This article elaborates the concept of family enterprises, and then puts forward the oldest enterprises human resource configuration, motivation, property, use, development problems and analysis. Finally, the family enterprise human resources management issues attempt to propose solutions to the family business, to provide some references for human resource management.
