关于企业履行社会责任的调查-以某人力资源有限公司为例(14000字)
摘  要：在经济全球化的背景下，企业社会责任受到日益广泛的重视，对广大企业的影响也越来越大。本文试图结合我国企业履行社会责任的现状，通过对广州市南粤人力资源服务有限公司履行社会责任的调查，一方面可以帮助到企业加强对社会责任的认识，让企业更好的履行企业社会责任；另一方面，通过实证研究，有助于企业规范社会责任的履行准则，为自身的可持续发展和社会的和谐进步作出一定的贡献。

Corporate Social Responsibility Investigation——Take Guangzhou Nan Yue Human Resources Co. LTD as an Example

Abstract：In the economic globalization, it’s more widely pay attention to corporate social responsibility, and the corporate social responsibility is increasing influence to the enterprise's. This paper attempts to combine corporate social responsibility in the present situation, through to investigation the social responsibility of the Guangzhou Nan Yue human resource service Co. LTD. On the one hand, it can help enterprises to strengthen the understanding of social responsibility, make enterprise perform corporate social responsibility better; On the other hand, through empirical research, help enterprise standard social responsibility for their performance criteria, and make a contribution to sustainable development and social harmony progress.
