企业多元化经营的风险及防范策略初探(13000字)
摘  要：近年来，我国不少企业追求多元化经营模式，试图通过多元化经营减轻企业经营风险，使企业走上健康稳定发展的道路。然而，现实却让人们看到多元化经营使许多企业走上了陷入财务危机甚至破产危机之路。本文主要从多元化经营风险及其表现并提出相应规避对策。

Enterprise Diversification of Risk and Preventive Strategy
Abstract：In recent years, many enterprises in China, thepursuit of diversified management mode by trying to reduce the operating risk of an enterprise diversification, makes the enterprise to the healthy and stable development of the road. However, the reality is to let people see many enterprise diversification in financial crisis onto the road or crisis. This article mainly from the risk of diversification and performance and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to avoid.
