金融危机下中小企业的风险投资分析(11400字)
摘  要：近年来，金融危机的发生对中国中小企业的发展造成了很大的影响， 而风险投资是制约中小企业发展的关键因素。本文从风险投资的定义出发，首先分析了风险投资的特点，然后从风险投资退出机制和风险投资体系的不完善等六个方面分析了中小企业风险投资存在的主要问题；接着从中小企业内外两个角度探讨影响中小企业风险投资的因素，最后就如何改善中小企业风险投资提出了相应的对策。

The Analysis of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises’ Venture Capital under Financial Crisis
Abstract: In recent years, the financial crisis caused great impact on the development of small and medium-sized enterprise in China, and venture capital becomes a key factor restricting the development of small medium-sized enterprise. This article starts from the venture capital definition, it first analyzes the characteristics of venture capital, next it emphasizes on major problems existing in venture capital for small medium enterprise from six angles among which includes the venture capital exit system and imperfection of the venture capital mechanism; then the author conduct the research on factors affecting small and medium-sized enterprise venture capital from both inside and outside of firms, and finally put forward corresponding countermeasures about how to improve the situation of venture capital of small medium-sized enterprise.
