摘  要：经济的增长方式从来都不是一成不变的，当前随着金融危机的逐步消退和经济渐入复苏，企业发展的外部环境开始发生了巨大的变化。本文根据成熟期企业的经营特点和财务特征，提出成熟期适用的财务战略，结合经济复苏时期的外部环境，充分考虑企业发展中的各因素变化以及对财务活动的影响，运用科学的分析方法从各角度来探讨经济复苏期背景下的成熟期企业财务战略的定位，总结得出应该如何选择和制定适合经济复苏期的成熟期企业的财务战略。
