摘    要
在国家相关政策的大力支持下，我国文化产业发展迅猛，文化产业研究成为学界新的热点问题。与此相适应的是有关农村文化产业问题的研究也随之兴起。相关研究主要集中在发展农村文化产业的意义及对策上。然而，问题在于，农村到底有无文化产业? 农村文化产业在新农村建设中所担负的功能是什么? 农村文化产业发展的路径选择应该如何? 从目前看，学界对于这些问题尚缺乏深入的研究。农村文化资源的多彩丰富、政府的政策支持、文化市场的迅速扩张等因素使发展农村文化产业具有现实的可行性。而农村文化发展的现状也决定了农村文化产业必须承担为社会主义新农村建设提供新的加快农村文化建设、经济生产方式、保护农村文化遗产等功能。由于与城市文化产业存在着行业成熟程度上、资源上的差别，因此，农村文化产业的发展必须走一条结合自身资源、不断创新、注重村民参与、注重服务社会的道路。本文主要从发展农村文化产业的现实起点、文化产业在社会主义新农村建设中的功能定位以及发展农村文化产业的路径选择三个方面论述。

Abstract
The strong support of relevant national policies, the rapid development of China's cultural industry, cultural industries become academic hot issues. With this adaptation is the rise of research on the problems of rural cultural industry. The research focused on the significance of the development of cultural industries in rural areas and countermeasures. However, the problem is that what is the function of the rural areas in the end whether the cultural industries? Rural cultural industry in the new rural construction responsibility? Choose the path of development of the rural cultural industry how it should be? Moment, academia is still a lack of in-depth research these issues . Colorful, the rapid expansion of the market of cultural consumption, government policy support and other factors of the rural cultural resources to the development of cultural industries in rural areas has realistic feasibility. The status of cultural development in rural areas and the rural cultural industry must undertake the building of a new socialist countryside provide new economic mode of production, speed up construction of rural culture, and to protect the cultural heritage of rural folk. Due to the existence of cultural industries and urban resources, the difference on the level of maturity of the industry, therefore, the development of the rural cultural industry must take a combination of their own resources, innovation, focusing on the villagers to participate in, and pay attention to the path of service to the community. In this paper, from a realistic starting point for the development of the rural cultural industry, the positioning of the function of the cultural industry in the construction of a new socialist countryside as well as the path of the development of cultural industries in rural areas to choose three aspects.
