摘 要
文化产业是新兴产业,也是最有发展潜力的产业,它被誉为21世纪的“朝阳产业”。发展文化经济、文化创意城市,是实现沈阳中心城市经济可持续发展、推进经济增长方式由投资拉动型向创新驱动型转变的重大选择。沈阳独特的工业魅力和文化资源,是发展文化产业的不竭源泉。本文梳理了文化产业的概念及其范畴,在借鉴各种先进文化产业发展经验的基础上,分析了沈阳中心城市文化产业发展的可行性及面临的问题,并从产业、政府扶持、市场、人才引进与培养等方面对沈阳中心城市发展文化产业提出思路与对策,使沈阳能够率先建设“文化大市”。构建未来的“文化之都”,进而改善城市形象,提升城市的综合竞争力,增强城市的影响力、凝聚力和辐射力,发挥中心城市的重要作用。
