摘要
对于规模不大的公司来讲，如何长久的发展下去是首要问题，在思考这个首要问题时，最应该考虑的就是财务管理方面的问题，一个公司的财务管理是公司发展建设的关键，是重中之重，尤其对于易通有限公司来说，财务管理质量的好坏直接决定了其发展的前景。换而言之，只易通有限公司想要达到一定高度，想要得到质的飞跃，就必须格外注重财务管理工作，要把财务管理摆放在一定的位置上，切实的去提升公司财务管理水平，以谋求更多的经济利益。当财务管理达到一定的高度，公司的运营水平自然而然也就上来了，对于资金的运用也就更加合理，提升了公司吸纳资金的能力，公司的人才建设也会更加壮大，公司整体在激烈的市场竞争中也就更有筹码，更有把握赢得市场占有率。所以，本文通过对易通公司财务管理的相关情况进行探讨，以小见大，来映射我国易通有限公司普遍存在的财务管理方面的问题，针对易通公司的具体问题给出相关的意见和建议，同时也为这种层次的公司提供一定的参考，总而言之，就是为了提升我国易通有限公司财务管理水准，以促进国民经济健康发展。
