摘 要
投资者、管理人员和会计人员对财务报表分析表现出极大的兴趣。财务报表虽然能为信息使用者提供了企业财务状况、经营成果方面的资料，但是显然不能提供准确的信息。只有通过财务报表分析，才能使信息使用者、决策者得到确切的企业财务状况和经营成果的信息，预测企业未来的财务状况和经营成果，判断投资、筹资和经营活动的成效，评价企业管理业绩和企业决策，财务报表分析帮助我们改善了决策，减少了盲目性。
本篇文章运用财务分析方法对康乐（佛冈）温泉开发有限公司2007年至2009年的财务状况进行了深入分析,并对财务报表分析作出结论和提出自己的建议。
本篇文章第一部分简单分析了本文进行研究的背景、理论、意义、选题原因等，然后简单提出了本文的研究思路和方法。在文章第二部分中，介绍康乐（佛冈）温泉开发有限公司的基本情况，在行业中的地位及优劣势分析。在文章第三部分中，文章以康乐（佛冈）温泉开发有限公司的财务报表为例，详细分析了如何利用比率分析法对各种财务报表进行分析，以及如何把三种基本报表结合起来进行分析，并利用著名的杜邦财务分析体系对报表进行了分析。在文章的最后一部分，根据分析得出了自己的结论，并对如何改善提出了几点建议。
