摘  要
改革开放以来，我国经济发展速度稳步提升，互联网企业迅速崛起，尤其近年来国内外经济均处于不景气的状态，传统行业增长乏力，互联网行业的快速发展为中国经济带来了新的增长点。我国互联网视频行业整体发展很快，身处其中的互联网公司在经营管理过程中，面临着复杂的经济环境和激烈的企业竞争，想要在竞争中稳步发展，企业需要重视对财务风险的管理。为了防范企业财务风险带来的损失，有必要对其财务风险进行分析，并做好相应的防范。
本文以乐视网为例，分析了互联网视频行业整体的特点和近几年行业发展现状，其次通过分析财务状况找出其面临的财务风险问题，最后，本文根据公司的特点，分析出现上述问题的主要原因，并根据问题出现的成因提出应对这些风险的防范措施，以便为企业的未来发展战略提供参考。

Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, China’s economic development has been steadily increasing, and Internet companies have risen rapidly, especially in recent years. Both domestic and foreign economies have been in a state of sluggish growth. The traditional industries have experienced sluggish growth. The rapid development of the Internet industry has brought new growth points to the Chinese economy. The overall development of China's Internet video industry is very fast. In the process of operation and management, the Internet companies that are in the process are faced with complicated economic environment and fierce competition among enterprises. They want to develop steadily in competition and enterprises need to pay attention to the management of financial risks. In order to prevent the loss caused by the company's financial risks, it is necessary to analyze its financial risks and make corresponding precautions.
This article takes LeTV.com as an example to analyze the overall characteristics of the Internet video industry and the status quo of industry development in recent years. Second, it analyzes the financial situation to find out the financial risks it faces. Finally, based on the company's characteristics, this article analyzes the above problems. The main reason, and based on the causes of the emergence of these risks to prevent measures in order to provide reference for the company's future development strategy.
