全球知名咨询公司麦肯锡提出大数据时代到来，随着云时代的来临，大数据（Big data）也吸引了越来越多的关注，“互联网+”模式日益成为社会热点。从IT行业向其他各个领域扩散，相应的企业财务管理信息也随之更新，企业在筛选数据、处理数据方面的能力面临更大的挑战。但大数据时代也为企业全面、精确的数据分析提供了平台。数据资产对于企业的重要性日益凸显，大数据时代对企业传统的财务管理带来了冲击，因此需要企业能够通过快速响应与技术创新来获得内外部的财务管理信息情报，从而构筑一个更具竞争力的战略决策体系。随着大数据的到来，传统财务管理模式产生了一些变化，对财务管理的有效性、延续性、预见性提出了更高的要求。本文将以S控股集团为例子，结合大数据时代的特点和财务管理模式的改变进行分析，为企业在大数据时代下的财务管理模式提出一些建议。

Abstract
