摘要
我国物流信息化起步于20世纪70年代，20世纪90年代中、后期才进入迅速发展阶段。近年来随着我国经济和现代物流业的快速发展，物流信息化建设也取得显著成绩。近四年我国物流行业信息化投资保持持续高增长。
我国的物流企业多由传统的运输和仓储企业转变而来，整体上还处于起步阶段。随着物流产业的兴起，企业物流外包的扩大，特别是促进了提供综合性服务的第三方物流企业得到长足发展，物流网络得到有效的扩充，综合服务能力显著提高，出现了一些既有规模又有效益的物流企业。其中主要还是由传统的有着“中”字头的国有企业发展而来，他们有着先天的网络和资源优势。通过《企业现代物流网络建设实证分析》课题的研究，分析当前我国企业现代物流网络建设的现状及特点，阐述企业现代物流网络建设的必要性和意义。在对相关理论研究的基础上，进行深入的研究和分析，结合行业特点，理论联系实际，提出企业现代物流网络构建的思路和方法，探讨企业现代物流网络建设的一般模式，并选取具有代表性的实际案例进行实例分析，为我国企业现代物流网络建设提供一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract
China's logistics information technology started in 1970s, in 1990s, the middle and late stage to enter the rapid development stage. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy and modern logistics industry, logistics information construction has also made remarkable achievements. In the past four years, China's logistics industry information investment to maintain a sustained high growth.
The logistics enterprises in our country are transformed from the traditional transportation and warehousing enterprises, and the whole logistics enterprises are still in the initial stage. With the rise of the logistics industry, the expansion of the enterprise logistics outsourcing, especially facilitated by providing comprehensive services to third-party logistics enterprises to obtain the considerable development, logistics network expansion, the ability to significantly improve the comprehensive service, some of the existing scale and benefit of logistics enterprise. Which is mainly by the development of state-owned enterprises in the traditional "in" prefix to. They have innate network and resource advantages. Through the modern logistics enterprise network construction empirical analysis, research and analysis the current situation and characteristics of current our country enterprise construction of modern logistics network, elaborates the necessity and significance of the construction of modern logistics network of enterprises. In on the basis of relevant theoretical research, in-depth research and analysis, combined with the characteristics of the industry, the theory and practice of proposed ideas and methods of modern enterprise logistics network construction, to explore the general pattern of modern enterprise logistics network construction, and select a representative of the actual case to carry on the example analysis, provide certain reference significance for the construction of modern logistics network of enterprises in our country.
