摘要
随着社会的不断发展，物流逐渐成为了一个新兴的产业，各个公司越来越开始重视物流的作用及影响。然而，对于物流运作过程中的关于配送的问题却一直没有很好的办法，几乎每个物流公司在配送管理这个方面都存在一些问题。物流配送作为物流的最后一个环节，也是物流的重要环节，影响着整个物流过程的效率。而且，配送几乎直接与客户连接着，配送的服务质量也在最大程度上决定着客户对公司的满意度。从一定程度上而言，配送服务质量的好坏决定着整个物流公司服务质量的高低。在国内的几乎所有的物流企业在配送管理这一方面都存在着操作不规范、配送系统不完善等一系列问题。
本文通过本人在天地华宇物流有限公司这个公司实习期间的了解，找出物流配送管理方面存在的问题，之后通过在学校所学的有关配送管理的理论知识、天地华宇物流有限公司的配送管理现状以及与工人交谈所结合，对所提问题作出改进政策，使得企业可以提高配送效率以及降低配送成本。

Abstract
With the continuous development of society, logistics has gradually become a new industry, and companies are attaching more and more importance to the role and influence of logistics. However, there is no good solution to the distribution problems in logistics operation, and almost every logistics company has some problems in distribution management. Logistics distribution, as the last link of logistics, is also an important part of logistics, which affects the efficiency of the whole logistics process. Moreover, distribution is almost directly connected with the customers, and the quality of service delivery determines the customer's satisfaction with the company to a large extent. To some extent, the quality of distribution service determines the quality of service of the whole logistics company. Almost all logistics enterprises in China have a series of problems such as unstandardized operation and imperfect distribution system in distribution management.
In this paper, in the heavens and the earth hoau logistics co., LTD., the company internship, find out the problems of logistics distribution management, after what they have learned in school knowledge of theory of distribution management, distribution management status quo of the heavens and the earth hoau logistics co., LTD., and talk to the workers, to improve policy to the proposed problem, makes the enterprise can improve the efficiency of distribution and reduce distribution costs.
