基于逆向物流回收模式的政府激励机制研究--以废旧电子产品为例(论文12000字)
摘  要
如今，废旧电子产品数量与日俱增，绝大多数废旧电子产品都没有找到正确合理的“归宿”，部分已造成环境的被破坏。基于现有生产工艺，电子产品中存在着多种有害物质，废旧电子产品对环境的威胁值得引起全球各个地区的关注。实际上，废旧电子产品并非毫无用处，它们都是有一定价值的，采用和有效的回收处理模式，就可实现资源的重复使用。
本次课题的基本性质偏向于理论研究性论文，因此本论文所采用的基本研究手段是以文献调研为主；本课题的涉及范围较多，以回收废旧电子产品为主线，讨论废旧电子产品内涵、各种回收模式的特点、政府激励机制的制定以及影响等。同时，本课题运用博弈分析来讨论四种回收模式的决策结果，从而得到不同废旧电子产品回收模式中政府参与激励的作用体现，为政府如何做出相应有效的激励机制提供参考。

Research on Government incentive Mechanism based on reverse Logistics recovery Model

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, the number of used electronic products is increasing, and most of them have failed to find the right "destination", some of which have caused environmental damage. Based on the existing production process, there are many harmful substances in electronic products. The threat of waste electronic products to the environment deserves the attention of all regions around the world. In fact, waste electronic products are not useless, they are of certain value, the reuse of resources can be realized by adopting and effective recycling mode.
The basic nature of this topic is inclined to theoretical research papers, so the basic research means adopted in this paper are mainly literature research. The scope of this topic is many, with recycling of used electronic products as the main line. This paper discusses the connotation of waste electronic products, the characteristics of various recycling modes, the formulation and influence of government incentive mechanism. At the same time, the game analysis is used to discuss the decision results of the four kinds of recycling models, so as to obtain the role of government participation in incentive in different recycling modes of waste electronic products, and provide a reference for the government to make the corresponding effective incentive mechanism.
