摘  要
近年来电动汽车发展火热,虽然电动汽车早在19世纪就已经出现,并不是什么新鲜事物了,但是进入21世纪以后,人们的环保意识不断增强,同时能源危机也日益严重,这些问题使得人们重新开始重视电动汽车的研发。电动皮卡作为电动汽车的一种,其客货两用的特性一直受到不少消费者的青睐。随着皮卡进城政策的推行,电动皮卡在我国的发展让人期待。
本文以五十铃的一款柴油皮卡作为原型车,进行电动皮卡的总布置设计。首先,讨论了电动皮卡的国内外发展现状和背景意义,分析了纯电动皮卡的基本结构和工作原理,确定了电动皮卡的尺寸、质量、动力性等参数和各系统的布置形式。然后,根据原型车参数和设计任务书上的要求,从以下四个方面对电动皮卡进行了参数匹配设计:在驱动系统方面,根据电动皮卡的加速性能、最大爬坡度和续航里程等动力性要求,对驱动电机、动力电池和两级减速器进行了参数匹配计算;在悬架方面,根据电动皮卡的行驶平顺性要求,确定了前、后悬架的基本性能参数,并对后钢板弹簧非独立悬架和减震器进行了具体的参数计算;在转向系统方面,确定了转向器的结构形式和转向系统的力传动比和角传动比;在制动系统方面,根据同级别车型的制动性要求,对电动皮卡的行车制动和驻车制动进行了校核计算。

Abstract
In recent years, the development of electric vehicles has been hot. Although electric vehicles have emerged as early as the 19th century, they are not something new. However, after entering the 21st century, people’s awareness of environmental protection has been continuously increasing and the energy crisis has become increasingly serious. These problems have caused people to re began to pay attention to the development of electric vehicles. As an electric vehicle, electric pickups have been favored by many consumers for their dual-use features. With the implementation of pickup into city policy, the development of electric pickup in our country is expected.
This article uses a diesel pickup from Isuzu as a prototype vehicle to carry out the general layout design of the electric pickup. Firstly, the development status and background significance of electric pickups at home and abroad are discussed. The basic structure and working principle of pure electric pickups are analyzed. The dimensions, quality, dynamics and other parameters of the electric pickups are determined. Then, according to the requirements of the prototype vehicle parameters and design task, the parameter matching design of the electric pickup was carried out from the following four aspects: In terms of the drive system, parameter matching calculations are performed on the drive motor, power battery and two-stage reducer according to the power requirements such as acceleration performance, maximum climbing grade and cruising range of the electric pickup; In the aspect of suspension, the basic performance parameters of the front and rear suspensions were determined according to the requirements of the ride comfort of the electric pickup, and specific parameters were calculated for the rear leaf spring non-independent suspension and shock absorber; In terms of the steering system, the structure of the steering gear and the force ratio and angular gear ratio of the steering system are determined; In terms of the braking system, according to the requirements of the same type of vehicle braking, the driving brake and the parking brake of the electric pickup are checked and calculated.
