摘要
  在当今21新世纪,随着人们生存环境问题日益严重,每个人的环保意识都在逐渐增强,在汽车的研究方面,开发利用洁净节能环保的新能源的汽车已经成为了汽车行业不断发展的新方向,其中电动汽车由于具有行驶过程中零排放能源利用来源广泛等杰出的特点,已经变成了新型汽车研究开发的重点。
   本设计从轮边电机驱动方案的电动汽车的长处出发,找寻了不同类别的适用于电动汽车的减速传动装置,从不同类别的减速机构中,挑选出最合适于本设计的行星齿轮减速机构,并对行星齿轮减速机构的驱动形式和零部件的参数进行了设计,为了使轮边减速器的质量和体积较小,结构较为简单,并且可以使传动效率较高,工作更加稳定,引用了均载设计来提升行星齿轮传动的优势,并且设计了轮边减速器桥壳,使得减速器和其他零部件的安装变得较为容易而且受力更加均匀,工作更加可靠,为前后悬架导向机构转向机构提供了稳定的受力点,更好地使得所设计出的轮边减速驱动系统可以更好的实现与其他零件的安装和连接,以满足汽车在行驶过程中处于的不同工况。

Abstract
    As the energy crisis becomes more serious and people’s environmental awareness continues to increase, research and development of clean, energy-efficient, and safe automobiles have become the direction of the automotive industry. Among them, electric vehicles have the advantages of zero emissions during driving, diversification and high-efficiency of energy utilization, and easy realization of intelligence, making it one of the key areas for the development of new automobiles.
This design starts from the strengths of the electric vehicle of the wheel-side motor drive scheme and finds different kinds of reduction gears suitable for electric vehicles. From the different types of speed-reduction mechanisms, the planetary gear reduction mechanism most suitable for this design is selected. The design of the drive form of the planetary gear reduction mechanism and the parameters of the components have been designed. In order to reduce the mass and volume of the wheel reducer, the structure is relatively simple, and the transmission efficiency is higher and the work is more stable. Load design to improve the advantages of planetary gear transmission, and design of the wheel reducer axle housing, making the installation of reducer and other components easier and more uniform force, more reliable work, steering for front and rear suspension guide The mechanism provides a stable stress point, so that the designed wheel-side deceleration drive system can better realize the installation and connection with other parts to meet the different working conditions of the car during driving.
