摘 要
新形势下,电力调度中依然存在一些安全隐患,要多措并举地做好电力调度的安全管理。文中论述了电力调度安全管理中存在的主要问题,电力调度安全管理的实现途径。随着市场经济的不断发展,电力体制改革不断深入,越来越多的电力企业开始转变自身的职能,由专供生产转向了营销服务,适应市场经济的发展。
本课题主要研究了光伏发电的应用是落实科学发展观、改善能源结构、抗灾设计原则及主要思想促进我国新能源开发利用的示范性项目,符合国家的产业政策和优化 能源结构、保护环境、减少温室气体排放、节约能源的要求。对促进我国太阳能光伏发电技术的开发与利用,推进光伏产业发展具有非常重要的意义。报告由本项目的背景出发,通过对建设必要性和可行性进行的深入分析和说明,得出本项目建设是可行的,并对方案和工程费用做了简单阐述,通过合理的费用、对线路的规划,设计基本风速,设计覆冰厚度导线的设计应力及安全系数光缆的选择,在光缆的选择上,铝包钢绞线机械性能好、抗腐蚀能力强、投资又不高,因此本工程推荐采用铝包钢绞线作为架空地线,这也是为了确保大数据战略方案中供电基础建设的实施,此项目的实施不仅节省了有色金属,还降低电能损耗和电压损失,提高供电的可靠性,对促进政务信息资源互联互通,提高党委、政府整体管理和服务水平,也有着非常重要的意义。

Abstract
Under the new situation, there are still some hidden dangers in power dispatching, so we should do well in the safety management of power dispatching. This paper discusses the main problems existing in the safety management of power dispatching and the way to realize the safety management of power dispatching.
