摘要
早在上个世纪,人们就已经掌握了生产金刚石的技术,并且能够投入量产。随着计算机控制技术的发展,人们将更加优秀更加先进的控制系统应用在人造金刚石压机的控制系统上,以此来提高人造金刚石的品质。
由于传统的六面顶压机完全是由常规PID控制,所以在生产过程中对于温度和压力的控制不能做到完全的精确,这导致了所生产的人造金刚石不仅质量不高,且不稳定。在此我设计了一套可以自动控制的系统,来改善现有的生产效率和质量。
控制金刚石的生产实际上就是对温度和压力的控制,所以本文在传统控制的基础上加入了先进的自动控制技术,对温度和压力进行分别控制,有效的避免了系统错误判断,系统会根据捕捉到的数据自动调整,来达到生产所需要的条件。
该系统由Wincc以及下位机PLC组成。为了达到更好的控制效果,下位机采用S7-200PLC。从而实现现场数据的实时记录和监控。
本文所设计的系统操作简单,观察方便,在生产过程中不需要太多的人工干预可以自我调节,因此具有一定的前景。

DESEARCH AND DESIGN OF Synthetic Diamond Press and Control System
ABSTRACT
As early as the last century, people have mastered the production of diamond technology, and can be put into mass production. With the development of computer control technology, people will be more outstanding and more advanced control system applied to the control system of artificial diamond press, in order to improve the quality of synthetic diamond.
Due to the traditional six anvil press is completely controlled by the conventional PID, so in the production process for the control of temperature and pressure was not do complete accuracy, which leads to the production of artificial diamond is not only the quality is not high and unstable. In this I designed a set of automatic control system, to improve the existing production efficiency and quality.
The production of diamond control is actually the control of temperature and pressure. Therefore, this paper on the basis of traditional control joined the advanced automatic control technology, control of temperature and pressure separately, effectively avoid the system error in judgment, the system will according to capture the data according to the automatic adjustment, to achieve the production of the necessary conditions.
The system is composed of Wincc and lower computer PLC. In order to achieve a better control effect, the next bit machine using S7-200PLC. In order to realize the real-time recording and monitoring of the field data.
The system designed in this paper is easy to operate, easy to observe, in the production process does not require too much manual intervention can be self regulating, and therefore has a certain prospect.
