摘 要
如今我国的绢纺业采取的仍是半机械半手工化的生产方式,产业升级迫在眉睫。但要涉及对于整个传统绢纺机器的改进,包括机器的电力系统、绢纺的制棉设备的改进、设备的夹板的设计等等。在绢纺业纺绵的各个机器结构中并没有“副夹板”这一说法。考虑到要实现梳绵的自动化,就要取代人工取绵的过程也就是用绵棒取绵的过程,此时就要有一个装置能够取代绵棒来夹住绵条。便引入“副夹板”这一概念。而本文主要针对的是副夹板装置设计,即对于副夹板进行改进设计。主要工作和创新成果如下:
1.对传统的中切机的改进。原有的中切机需要人工剪绵,并且伴随着切换电机转向等问题带有一定的危险性。而团队则设计了一种全自动切绵机,对原有结构进行重新改良优化,改进后的切绵机主要由切绵滚筒、罗拉、支架、电机、电磁离合器等组成,实现切绵机的自动喂绵、自动切绵以及自动取绵。这样的全新的中切机不仅是能够实现自动化,而且提高了工厂的安全系数。
2.对副夹板的设计。在传统的圆梳机中并没有副夹板这一装置,而是人为的用一根绵棒把在中切机上切好的绵条转移到圆梳机上。但是要实现整个工业流程的自动化,就必须设计出一种副夹板来取代绵棒。可以说副夹板的设计是整个团队的开始同样也是重中之重。对于副夹板的设计主要涉及:副夹板的整体造型、副夹板的内部构造、副夹板材料的选取以及副夹板的锁死装置等。
3.副夹板的移动方式即对于副夹板的移动平台的设计也是本文的研究内容。副夹板在平台上是立着还是平躺着、当其张开闭合在移动平台的状态还是其在移动过程中的稳定性都能对整个团队的后续设计产生或多或少的影响。因此对于副夹板移动平台的设计同样是本文工作之一。

2.Design of vice jaws.
