本设计介绍普通机床中CA6140主轴的设计过程,文章先简要介绍了车床的发展历史和现状,分析了主轴箱中各个重要部件结构原理和其在做主轴箱里的作用。详细介绍了CA6140里的齿轮、轴、主轴和轴承等零件的整个设计过程。具体内容包括选取满足要求相应的功率电机和各个零件的整体结构设计,其中包括材料的定选尺寸的合理安排以及加工需求。对于轴和齿轮零件运用的有关公式,进行合理的分析对相对较危险的部位进行作图、计算和查表,进行各种校核。最终对各个零部件进行参数拟定、传动设计、传动件的估算和验算、各部件结构设计,绘制零件图和装配图。
