多层侧压式热压机是胶合板，刨花板生产的主要设备，中密度纤维板等人造板。装备制造的侧压式热压机厂生产已基本敲定，为了降低生产成本结构和侧压式热压机的性能改进，本文对15层侧压式侧压式热压机的结构设计，并对侧压式热压机底板结构的重要组成部分，强度和刚度的设计计算进行了分析，因此，底板的结构更加合理，减少材料和能源消耗，提高劳动生产率。现有的主要设计思想的设计，在设计要求的前提下，对整个侧压式热压机的设计框架主要采用钢板焊接封闭式结构，这种结构便于制造无大型加工设备，以及所使用的材料，常用于不锈钢，角钢，钢板的焊接过程中，使用这样的生产技术，很好的，通用机械厂制造。设计的CAD，UG等工程制图软件主要利用。

上下压力：500吨（将层层热压板向上顶起且保证压机工作时板坯不发生翘曲，泄压时靠压机自重下降）
侧向压力：100吨（将板坯侧向加紧）
热压板尺寸：1370 x 2700 x 42mm
两热压板之间的间距为70mm
