The Design and Analysis of Three Planetary Gear Reducer with Sun Gear Floating
Abstract
The primary content of this article is design and analysis of three level planetary gear reducer with sun gear floating. In the design introduces the development status of planetary gear reducer at home and abroad. Then choose the transmission type according to the given requirements in the subject,and finally select the 2K-H type planetary transmission.On this basic, achieve allocation of transmission ratio basic parameters of gear and the calculation the computation of geometry size.In the paper designed the structure of some main components,and check each level gear pair in meshing.The floating of sun gear,which used to balance the load is achieved by involute spline backlash.The paper also finish the Three-dimensional modeling of planetary gear reducer.The paper not only analysis the planet carriers stress and deformation by Ansys,when they being loaded.but also analysis the balancing load character.Finally a three level planetary gear reducer with better floating balance and larger bearing capacity is designed.
The design and analysis of three planetary gear reducer with sun gear floating will lay the foundation for the further analysis of the performance of the reducer.
