摘 要
螺旋摆动液压缸近年来受到广泛关注和应用的一种特殊的液压缸。它具有体积小、重量轻、结构紧凑、输出扭矩大、承载性能大、安全可靠、传动效率高等诸多优点,目前在各类工程机械等上具有广泛的应用,由于国内在这方面的研究仍然比较初级,对于螺旋摆动式液压缸的结构设计、生产制造、性能检验等技术仍未完全掌握,也没有形成成熟完善的设计理论体系,尤其是在高精度、性能稳定的螺旋摆动液压缸技术这一方面,国内目前尚存在较大空白。故而本论文对于螺旋摆动液压缸的结构设计、零部件建模和密封间隙的仿真研究对于国内新兴螺旋摆动液压缸的研发设计具有指导意义。
在此前提下,本论文以德国的DA-H 40摆动液压缸的技术参数为依据,计算并设计了螺旋摆动液压缸的零部件,利用SolidWorks三维建模软件生成了螺旋摆动液压缸的三维模型,在此基础上使用计算流体力学有限元分析软件Fluent对缸体内零部件的密封间隙进行了仿真分析,研究结果可为后来的学者提供一些帮助。

Abstract
Spiral swing hydraulic cylinder is a special hydraulic cylinder, which takes a large angle spiral structure, can move the piston linear motion into a rotary motion to work for the hydraulic components, with small size, light weight, compact structure, the output High torque, large bearing capacity, safe and reliable, high transmission efficiency and many other advantages, at present in a variety of construction machinery has a wide range of applications, especially in many high-torque swing movement of the occasion. As the domestic research in this area is still relatively simple, for the spiral swing hydraulic cylinder structural design, manufacturing, performance testing and other technologies are still not fully grasp, did not form a mature design and manufacturing theory system, especially in high-precision, High stability of the spiral swing hydraulic cylinder technology in this regard, there are still large gaps in the country. Therefore, the research on the structural design, component modeling and sealing gap of the spiral swing hydraulic cylinder is of great significance to the research and development of the new spiral swing hydraulic cylinder in China.
Based on the technical parameters of the German DA100 swing hydraulic cylinder, this paper calculates and designs the parts of the spiral swing hydraulic cylinder, and uses the SolidWorks 3D modeling software to generate the three-dimensional model of the spiral swing hydraulic cylinder. Based on the computational fluid dynamics finite element analysis software Fluent, the sealing gap of the parts in the cylinder was simulated and analyzed, which provided some help for later scholars.
