摘要
塔式起重机作为建筑施工的主要设备,在建筑等行业发挥着极其重要作用。近年来,我国进入建筑工业化发展阶段,传统塔机因为结构繁琐丶安装拆卸复杂已经不能满足建筑需求。
起升系统是快装折叠塔机的必要组成系统,可以完成平衡重的安装和移动,实现吊钩的上下运动以达到所需的吊装作业,利用不同的钢丝绳绕法和滑轮系统实行不同的吊装倍率。本次设计的内容是快装折叠塔机的起升系统。首先阐述了本次设计快装折叠塔机特性。确定了塔机的整体参数,包括主要性能参数和尺寸重量等参数。接着确定了滑轮组倍率,设计了合适的钢丝绳、卷筒、电动机、减速器、制动器和滑轮来组成起升机构。然后对起升机构进行了时间验算。最后还设计了与起升机构相对应的吊钩。快装折叠塔机是一种新型科技,包括回转平台,可升降的塔体以及横臂折叠机构。相比较于传统自升式塔机,此新型塔机具有制作成本更低,安装拆卸更方便,操作运行更简便的优点。本次设计遵循了“适用、经济、安全、环保”的要求。

Abstract
The crane plays an extremely important role in construction and other industries as the main equipment of building.With China entering into the stage of building industrialization, the traditional tower crane had failed to meet the needs of building because of its complex structure and complicated installation and disassemble.  Fast-erecting and Folding crane is a new technology including slewing platform, lifting body and folding wishbone mechanism. Compared to traditional self-climbing tower crane ,this new crane has features of lower production costs, more convenient installation and disassemble and easier operation.
 Lifting system is necessary component system for Fast-erecting and Folding crane. It can complete the installation and movement of the balance weight, achieve the required lifting operation by up and down movement of hook, use different wire rope winding method and pulley system for different hoisting rates. The content of this design is lifting system of Fast-erecting and Folding crane.First,the characteristics of Fast-erecting and Folding crane that designed is described. it's determined of whole parameter including main performance parameter and size,weight parameter. Next I ensured the rate of pulley block, designed hoisting mechanism by using suitable wire rope, drum, motor, reducer, brake and pulley.Then, it is necessary to do time checking of hoisting mechanism. At last, I had also designed the hook which is matched to this hoisting mechanism. Fast-erecting and Folding crane is a new technology including slewing platform, lifting body and folding wishbone mechanism. Compared to traditional self-climbing tower crane ,this new crane has features of lower production costs, more convenient installation and disassemble and easier operation. The design had followed four standards including Applicable, economic, safe and environmental.
