本文的主要内容是关于粉体造粒方法的分析和DG150型造粒机设计计算过程的说明。
首先,第一部分从造粒的目的和意义入手介绍了粉体颗粒的粒径、形状、群堆积性等各种性质;第二部分分别讲述我国目前所使用的粉体造粒的各种方法;最后,第三部分是对本次设计的DG150型造粒机设计计算过程的详细说明。
此次设计的DG50对辊造粒机适用干燥粉状物料造粒,它是干法造粒的一种。对辊造粒机是由一对半径相同、转速相同、转向向相反的辊轮组成。物料被匀速、均匀的喂入轧辊中,辊轮不间断的旋转,随后被轧辊挤压压实,被辊压的物料由于间距减小范德华力增大而紧紧结合在一起,再根据轧辊上孔穴的尺寸形状形成满足要求的颗粒大小。要求该型号对辊造粒机的单机生产能力为300-350Kg/ h,24小时连续不断生产,并保证不发生闷机、堵料故障。
设计方法是查阅大量有关硝酸钾物料性能的资料,实验得到两个轧辊的直径和宽度,然后根据两轧辊的直径宽度求得电动机功率等参数,从而进一步选择适合的传动结构:三相异步电动、C型V带、弹性柱销联轴器、减速器等等。最后校核选取的标准件的强度、刚度等,确定是否满足传动要求。
