摘  要
为了保持物料的品质，便于贮藏和后续的加工，通常会对物料进行干燥处理。干燥设备应运而生，目前市场上有各式各样的干燥设备，转筒干燥机则是其中广泛使用的一种。
本文的主体是100型转筒干燥的设计，通过查阅文献，对转筒干燥机有了一定的了解，包括结构、工作原理、和国内外现状及发展趋势，然后开展本设计。
硫酸钾是一种最重要的无氯钾肥，我国是一个农业大国，钾元素也是农作物不可或缺的元素。施用硫酸钾对农作物的品质、性能等都有很大的提升。经双级推料离心机脱水后的硫酸钾湿物料的含湿量在8%左右，而农用硫酸钾一等品要求水分不超过2%，转筒干燥机大多用于干燥颗粒状物料，结构简单，工作可靠，可以用来对硫酸钾进行干燥作业，以达到一等品的要求。因而本设计选取的干燥对象为硫酸钾。
    本文通过了解物料的性能，通过计算得出一系列的参数，从而确定筒体、托轮等主要部件的尺寸，选定合适传动装置如电动机、减速器。

Design of 100-type rotary drum dryer
Abstract
In order to maintain the quality of the material and to facilitate storage and subsequent processing, the material is usually dried. Drying equipment came into being. There are various types of drying equipment on the market. Rotary drum dryers are widely used.
The main part of this article is the 100-type drum drying design. After consulting the documents, I have a certain understanding of the drum dryer, including the structure, working principle, and the status quo and development trends at home and abroad, and then carry out the design.
Potassium sulfate is one of the most important chlorine-free potash fertilizers. China is a large agricultural country and potassium is also an indispensable element of crops. The application of potassium sulfate has greatly improved the quality and performance of crops. The moisture content of the potassium sulfate wet material dewatered by the two-stage pusher centrifuge is about 8%, while the moisture content of the agricultural potassium sulfate product does not exceed 2%, and the rotary drum dryer is mostly used for drying the granular material. Simple and reliable, it can be used to dry potassium sulfate to meet the requirements of first-class products. Therefore, the dry object selected for this design is potassium sulfate.
By understanding the performance of the material, by a series of calculated parameters, determine the size of the main components such as the barrel body and the supporting wheel, and select the appropriate transmission device such as motor and reducer.
