Abstract
The topic of this design is the design of the integrated hydraulic power steering cylinder. Automotive steering system is used to change the vehicle's trajectory, while maintaining the stability of the vehicle. The steering system needs to satisfy the good steering portability and the operation stability. The impact of different structure of the steering system on the performance of the vehicle is also different, the current power steering system is the most widely used. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of electric hydraulic power steering system, this paper presents a new type of integrated hydraulic power steering cylinder. The main purpose is to design a new type of integrated hydraulic power steering oil cylinder. The oil cylinder is actually integrated with the active steering oil cylinder and the power steering oil cylinder, which is composed of a two stage telescopic double rod piston oil cylinder and a steering gear rack mechanism. The first stage is the active steering oil cylinder, and the second stage is the power steering oil cylinder.
