Abstract
This design mainly studies the related contents of the sea and land side beams of 1500t/h bridge grab ship unloader,analyzeThe force acting on the whole (horizontal and elevation of the front girder) in the track direction and under various wind loads (wind perpendicular to track and wind parallel to track) ,Check whether its wheel pressure and stability meet the required standards.Analysing the components of the cross beam on the sea and land side,on the basis of understanding its structure, choose the appropriate size to build its three-dimensional model and assemble it into an assembly.The strength, stiffness and stability of the structure are checked by allowable stress method for the design of grab ship unloader.
