The design of numerical control combined machine tool with rolling,milling and turning
The main tasks of this paper as follows:
1.CNC milling and cutting center machine was designed generally. The main technical parameters of CNC milling and cutting center machine were determined. The movement parameter of machine tool includes dimension parameter, locomotor parameter and dynamic parameter.
2.The bed and column of CNC milling and cutting center machine was designed and calculated. The structure of CNC milling and cutting machine bed and column was designed and drive system was also designed.
3.Major parts of the machine have been molded in Pro/ E software and the static characteristic as well as Modal Analysis about them were carried out in ANSYS software.

2.3 数控铣削中心机床的主要参数
数控铣床的主要参数是工作台的尺寸。除了这个主参数外,第二主参数是X、Y、Z三向的行程。当这些参数确定以后,也就基本上确定了该机床所能加工或者安装的最大工件的尺寸,具体的参数如下表2-1:
