Abstract
With the rapid development of society and the citation of numerous research results, the increasingly perfection of container transportation methods plays a crucial role in promoting global economic development. Its powerful vitality is contributing to a revolution in transportation and challenges traditional transport patterns. In the face of more demanding design and manufacturing requirements for shoreside container cranes, this paper describes the process of structural design of the quayside container crane in detail by analyzing the overall wheel pressure and stability check and lifting mechanism design of the 50t50m quayside container crane. In this article, we will adopt a detailed calculation process to introduce the design method of a large-scale quayside container crane under the requirements of the new era, verify the rationality of the overall metal structure design of the crane, and detail the selection of components and components of the lifting mechanism. The stability verification method maximizes the results. In order to gain better support for the research concept of this article in the future design process.
