摘 要
液压以其独特的优点在机械设计中占有重要地位。它以通用部件为基础,根据工件加工需要,配以少量的专用部件组成一种机床,它具有低成、高效率的优点。以现在的发展趋势来看,液压车床的多工位加工如果加入柔性系统则发展成今天的加工中心。在今天的发展趋势中,一台液压车床如果不能完成全部的工艺过程,这时往往把几台机床布置成流水线,大大缩短了加工时间。而液压系统在组合机床上的应用更使其呈现出了新的春天。液压传动的优点很多:在同等的体积下液压装置能比电气产生更大的动力:液压装置工作比较平稳;液压装置能在大范围内实现无级调速,它还可以在运转中进行调速;液压传动易于对液体压力、流量或流动方向进行调节或控制;液压装置易于实现过载保护;液压元件实现了标准化、系列化和通用化;用液压传动实现直线运动比用机械传动简单。

Regarding developing trend now, hydraulic pressure develops the treating centre becoming today if adding flexibility system the lathe multistation treating. In developing trend today, one hydraulic pressure lathe accomplishes all procedure if unable, at this time sometimes have arranged several machine tools to become a production line , curtailing greatly to process time. But, the systematic hydraulic pressure application on combination machine tool has made the person display new spring more. 液压传动系统及其组成
液压系统是为了完成某种工作任务而由各具特定功能的液压元件组成的整体。
任何一个液压系统总是由以下四部分组成:
动力元件 液压泵。其功能是将原动机输出的机械能转换成油压的压力能,作为系统的能源。
执行元件 液压缸、液压马达(又称液动机)。它们的功能是将液体的压力能转换成机械能,以带动负载进行直线运动或旋转运动。
控制元件 压力、流量和方向控制阀等液压阀类。它们的作用是控制和调节系统中液体的压力、流量和流动方向,以保证执行元件达到所要求的输出力(或力矩)、运动速度和运动方向。
辅助元件 保证系统正常工作所需要的辅助装置,包括管道、管接头、油箱或贮气罐、过滤器和指示仪表
液压系统的设计要求
现设计一台钻镗两用组合机床,要求液压系统完成的工作循环是:快速前进→第一次工作进给→第二次工作进给→死挡块停留→快退→原位停止。运动部件的重力为25000N,快进、快退速度为5m/min,工进速度为100~1200㎜/min,最大行程为360mm,其中工进行程为180mm,最大切削力为18000N,采用平面导轨,夹紧缸的行程为20mm,夹紧力为30000N。启动换向时间为1s。
