摘 要
这次设计的任务是塑料盒盖,较为常见,市场应用广泛。模具的设计是开放性的,并不是各个单一参数选择叠加,而是结合实际生产与产品要求,综合考虑,选取最优的参数各自组合。主要设计内容是根据任务书的零件图,设计要求,来设计一套合理的模具。注塑成型的三要素是;塑料原料;注塑机;模具及其生产工艺。
设计的基本流程是;分析产品的外观尺寸以及工艺方案,选用注塑机并校核。确定产品在模具中的具体位置,有型腔和分型面设计排布;浇注与排溢系统设计;选择最优合模导向结构;推出本次设计任务是常见的塑料盒盖,市场应用广泛。模具的设计是开放的,并非单一的参数叠加,而是结合实际生产与产品要求,综合考虑,形成一个最优方案,设计的基本要求是设计一套满足需求的注塑模具,且结构合理。所有组成机构选用,型芯型腔的分析计算;基于制品形状特征,选择侧抽芯结构;温度调节系统分析;标准模架选择。同时,可以引入诸如Pro/e,Moldflow等软件进行辅助分析,选取最优参数,降低设计难度,使设计更合理。这是一个点浇口的多型腔多分型面模具,难度在于,内侧的四个凸台,需要设置斜导杆内抽芯机构来实现。

ABSTRACT
The task of this design is the plastic cover, more common, broad market application.
