基于NX的阀座的加工工艺及仿真(毕业论文14000字,数控程序)
摘要:目前,世界制造业在不断发展,传统的设计制造已经无法适应当前快速发展的需要,而随着计算机的广泛推广与使用,计算机辅助设计与制造应运而生,我们称其为CAD/CAM。直到本世纪最初十几年,CAD/CAM也已经发展的比较成熟,它对于制造业的推进起着越来越重要的作用,其中,NX、PRO/E、MASTERCAM等软件都属于比较成熟的计算机辅助设计软件。
NX是当今世界上比较先进且高度集成的CAD/CAM/CAE高端软件之一,是由美国UnigraphicsSolutions(简称UGS)公司所研发的,它广泛应用于机械,汽车,航空航天,家电,电子以及化工等各个行业的产品设计和制造领域。
NX提供了一个完整的NC编程系统所需的一切组件,包括三维建模、钻孔、车削、铣削、线切割、刀具生成、刀具轨迹生成仿真、程序后处理等。而且它还提供了多种的数据转换格式,用来处理任何第三方CAD软件所生成的数据。NX软件的开发与应用,大大减少了机械制造产业中对于人力的需求,解放了劳动力,减少了人力成本。在产品的开发与研究中,方便了研究人员,大大提高了开发效率,缩短开发周期。
本课题就阀座零件的加工进行研究,阀座是一种常用的零件,本零件尺寸要求较低,孔的加工具有一定的难度。本课题采用使用软件编程的手法,通过NX软件的应用,对阀座零件进行全方位的三维建模,加工仿真,得出可以实际运用的G代码程序,具有现实的工程意义。

Process and simulation of seat based on NX
Abstract: Nowadays, Manufacturing industry continues to develop, and manual design and manufacture can no longer adapt to the current environment in the world.and the widely promotion and use of computer, computer aided design and manufacturing, we call it the CAD/CAM. Until today, the development of the society, have also been very mature, the development of CAD/CAM for some important manufacturing industry it is playing a more and more important role in the development, among them, NX, PRO/E, MASTERCAM software belongs to mature of computer aided design software.
NX is software that is relatively advanced and highly integrated CAD/CAM/CAE one of high-end in the world today, it was developed by the UnigraphicsSolutions (UGS) , it is widely used in machinery, automobile, aerospace, electrical appliances, electronics, chemical industry and other industries in product design and manufacturing.
NX not only provides all components that is a complete system of NC programming need, including 3D modeling, drilling, turning, milling, line cutting, cutting tool, cutting tool path generation algorithm for simulation and post-processing program, etc,but also it provides a variety of data conversion formats for processing data generated by any third party CAD software.
The development and application of NX software greatly reduced the demand for manpower in the machinery manufacturing industry, liberated the labor force and reduced the labor cost.In the development and research of products, it is convenient for researchers,improve the development efficiency and shorten the development cycle.
This subject is to research the processing of seat parts, the seat is a common part, The size requirement of this part is lower, the processing of the hole has certain difficulty. This topic adopts the method of software programming, through the application of NX software, the valve seat parts are fully 3d modeling and processing simulation, get the G code program that you can actually use.
