摘 要
设计研究的主要内容是在传统的水塔/水箱供水的基础上,加入了PLC及液压变送器等器件.利用PLC和组态软件来实现水塔水位的控制.提供了一种实用的水塔水位控制方案.为了达到节能的目的,提高供水系统的质量,考虑采用可编程序控制器、继电器和传感器技术,设计出一套实用水位控制方案。方案在硬件基础上配合软件实现了低警戒水位报警、并可切换手动/自动两种工作方式。利用高可靠性的PLC系统实现水塔水位的自动控制从而提高水塔供水的可靠性。包括:水位的检测、PLC的选型、PLC输入/输出接口回路的设计、PLC对水泵电机的控制等多个方面。供水是一个关系国计民生的重要产业。随着社会的发展和人民生活水平的提高,对城市供水提出了更高的要求,要满足及时、准确、安全保证充足供水,如果仍然沿用人工方式,劳动强度大,工作效率低,安全性难以保障,为此必须进行水塔水位控制自动化系统的改造。可编程控制器( PLC) 因其高可靠性和较高的性价比在工业控制中得到广泛的应用。本文针对目前比较流行的控制技术,利用PLC和传感器构成了水塔水位恒的控制系统。改造后的水塔水位自控系统,实现水塔水位自动控制系统,远程监控,实现无人值守。

PLC-BASED LEVEL DESIGN OF THE WATER TOWER
ABSTRACT
This design is the main content of study in traditional towers/water supply basis, joined the PLC and hydraulic pressure transmitter devices. Use PLC and configuration software to realize the control of water towers. Provides a practical scheme of water level control tower. In order to achieve the purpose of saving energy, improving the quality of water supply system, consider using a programmable controller, relays and sensor technology, design a practical level control scheme. Based on the hardware solutions with software realize the warning level alarm, low and manual or automatic switching two way to work. Using the high reliability PLC system realizes the automatic control water towers to improve the reliability of the water towers. Including: the level of test, PLC, PLC input/output interface circuit design, PLC to pump motor control, etc. Water is one of the important relating to the industry. With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards of urban water supply, put forward higher request, will meet in a timely, accurate, safety guarantee sufficient supply, if still use manual mode, the labor intensity and low working efficiency, safety, and therefore must be carried out to ensure the water towers automation control system. Programmable logic controller (PLC) because of its high reliability and high performance in industrial control widely applied. Aiming at the control technology, more popular use PLC and sensor constitute the towers of constant water level control system. After the reconstruction of water control system, realize the towers water towers, automatic control system, realize remote monitoring unattended.
