基于PLC的立体车库控制系统设计(任务书,开题报告,论文说明书13000字)
摘要
车辆无处停放是城市经济发展到一定阶段必然会出现的一个问题,很多城市中的医院、电影院、美食城等大型公共场所都会出现停车位不足的情况,而传统停车场已逐渐不能适应私家车的增长速度,因此立体车库开始出现并普及,立体车库以其平均单车占地面积小的独特特性,已被广大用户接受。
立体车库又被称为“机械式停车设备”,它最早出现在西方欧美国家,它傻一种利用机械和电气系统组成的车辆存取设备。随着中国私家车数量的极速增长,最近几十年来,立体车库在中国越来越普及,已成为我国解决停车难题的主要方案。
本论文设计了基于PLC的自动化机械立体车库控制系统,主要设计内容有如下几点: 1.设计的立体车库规模为3*2*2型,类型为升降横移型立体车库;2.绘制系统的控制流程和PLC控制的梯形图并详细介绍系统设计方案; 3.用组态软件进行模拟车库运行。

Abstract

In this paper, we design a control system of automatic mechanical three-dimensional garage based on PLC, the main design contents are as follows: 1. Design of the three-dimensional garage scale for the 3 * 2 * 2,Type is a three-dimensional garage; 2. Draw the system control process and PLC control ladder diagram and detailed system design; 3. With the configuration software to simulate the garage operation.
