自动化立体仓库的监控界面设计(论文8000字)
摘要
随着我国社会发展开始步入新的阶段,各个领域开始逐渐普及自动化立体仓库系统,确保系企业能够实现仓库管理的合理化、存储的智能化和操作的快捷化。在对自动化仓库管理系统和运行监控系统进行研究的过程中,必须确保管理层、监管层以及控制层之间协调高效的运行,进而促进其自动化程度的不断提高。通常来讲,货架、自动运进(出)及操作控制系统、入(出)库工作台和巷道式堆垛起重机构成了自动化立体仓库。本文在对自动化立体仓库进行研究时,从系统PLC、直流和步进电动机以及驱动器等方面进行。
本文深入研究了该系统的研究背景、发展现状、功能化特点等方面的基本内涵,然后对其硬件系统、工作原理进行了深入的研究和阐述;最后对该系统中所涉及的零部件进行全方位的说明,并且对PLC程序进行编写和灌输,同时针对该系统的实用性和缺陷进行了总结和提出相应的建议。

Abstract
With the development of national economy of our country, The application of automated warehouse will become more widely. The development of Automated Warehouse Management System and Operation Monitoring System can significantly improve the automation of automated warehouse operation, which requires the management, monitoring and control layer of automated warehouse system to coordinate and efficiently work. The main body of the automated warehouse is made up of shelves, staking cranes roadway, worktable and operation control system. Electrical control of the subject mainly by PLC, stepper motor drive power modules and other devices.
Firstly, It’s a brief introduction of the system, including background, significance, status, etc. secondly, The hardware components of the system, structure, principle are described and analyzed. Thirdly, the devices of this system are introduced, focusing on the PLC—the software is written. Finally, the practicability and insufficiency of the subject are summed up.
