摘要:PLC的控制与应用技术已经广泛的运用到工业生产的各个方面,特别是用来实现大型设备的自动化。输煤系统作为火力发电厂的重要辅机系统,其控制方式与主控系统相比一直较为落后。本设计结合实际生产煤炭输送以及系统安全控制措施,首先通过组态王6.55软件模拟生产线上输煤机组的运行,然后采用三菱FX2n-48MR实现了对火电厂输煤系统部分机组的程序控制,并使用NMCL-II电机电力电子及电气传动实验平台进行仿真测试。测试结果表明,该系统能够正确完成输煤机组程控系统的功能,符合设计要求。

Design of Coal Handling System in Thermal Power Plant Based on PLC
Abstract:The control and application technology of PLC have been widely applied to all aspects of industrial production, especially for the automation of large-scale equipment. As an important auxiliary engine system for thermal power plants, the coal handling system has always been lagging behind the main control system. This design incorporated the actual production of coal transportation and system security control measures. Firstly, the KingView6.55 software was used to simulate the operation of the coal conveying unit on the production line. Then the Mitsubishi FX2n-48MR was used to achieve the program control of some units of the thermal power plant coal conveying system. Finally the NMCL-II motor power electronics and electric drive experimental platform was used for simulation testing.The test results showed that the system can correctly complete the functions of the program control system of the coal conveying unit and meet the design requirements.
