摘 要
伴随着我国汽车工业的快速发展,使得市场对子午线轮胎的需求逐年增加,带动了轮胎子午线产业的迅猛发展。与此同时,市场对轮胎子午线的质量要求也越来越高。外绕机是生产轮胎子午线工艺的重要设备,它的作用是在成绳的轮胎子午线的外层缠绕一根钢丝,这样就可以增加轮胎子午线的强度、粘合性,提高其使用寿命。衡量一台外绕机的好坏主要就看它对残余扭转应力控制的好坏。残余扭转应力在很大程度上决定了轮胎子午线的质量。
本文在充分研究了外绕机工艺流程,对外绕机残余应力的产生原理和其危害有了深入了解,在此基础上学习了几种不同的残余应力控制方式。从残余应力检测设备和消除设备的机械结构和工作原理入手,通过把检测设备的检测到的残余应力转换成模拟量信号输入给PLC作为控制依据,控制伺服电机带动消除设备完成系统控制。综合学习了控制系统的设计原则和步骤,结合外绕机的工艺流程,做了控制算法的建模,同时根据系统的控制要求完成了硬件选型和软件编程的工作。在老师的指导和自己的不懈努力下最终完成了残余应力控制系统。
通过本文的研究我们发现外绕机的残余应力控制是整个设备的核心,本文的特色在于采用了分段曲线补偿的控制思想,可以适用于多种不同规格帘线的外绕工作。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of our country's automobile industry, the market demand for radial tires is increasing year by year, it led to the rapid development of radial tire industry. At the same time, radial tire market quality requirements are also increasing. Winding outside machine is an important equipment in the production of radial tire technology , its role is winding a wire on the radial tire outside after it into a rope, so that you can increase the strength, adhesion of the radial tire , improve its service life. Measure a winding outside machine is good or bad depends on its residual torsion stress control is good or bad. Residual torsion stress largely determines the quality of the tire meridian.
The paper based on the full study of the winding outside machine process, the produce principle of winding machine's residual stress around the machine and have a thorough understanding of the harm, based on this study several different residual stress control way. From the residual stress testing equipment and eliminating equipment's mechanical construction working principle, by residual stress testing equipment detected is converted into an analog signal as a control basis input to the PLC ,then control servo motor drive control system complete elimination equipment. Integrated learning design principles and steps of the control system, combined with winding outside machine process, do the modeling of the control algorithm, while according to the control requirements of the system completed the selection of hardware and software programming work. Under the guidance of teachers and my tireless efforts to finalize the residual stress control system.
Through this study we found that the residual stress control of the winding outside machine is the core of the entire apparatus, the characteristics of this paper is using a piecewise curve compensation control idea can be applied to a variety of different specifications of the cords around the outside work.
