饮料灌装生产线的设计(三菱PLC)(含cad图纸,毕业论文16000字,答辩ppt)
摘要
啤酒饮料灌装生产线的自动化程度在国外发达国家的发展水平已经较高,而在我国尚处于启动阶段。本设计系统地设计了一条生产能力为2万瓶/小时的啤酒灌装生产线,为了提高生产效率,保证灌装生产线畅通灌装生产,根据生产要求和生产能力选择单机型号以及对灌装工厂布局的设计,然后对输瓶系统和输箱系统设计,同时设计一段输瓶系统的电气控制,选用三菱PLC对输瓶链电动机进行调速控制,主要是对输瓶速度的自动调节。最后选择了对灌装压盖机传动系统的设计,根据其生产能力,为保证瓶装平稳进行灌装,选择适合的传动比,设计合理、可靠的传动系统,其中包括带轮、蜗轮传动以及,齿轮传动。

Mechanical Design Of Beverage Filling Production Line Design
ABSTRACT
Beer beverage filling production line automation in foreign developed country development level is higher, and in our country is still at the starting stage.This design system to design a production capacity of 20000 bottles / h beer filling production line, in order to improve production efficiency, ensure the filling production line smooth filling production, according to production requirements and production capacity selection of single models and for filling plant layout design, and then on the bottle conveying system and a transmission box system design, while design a bottle conveying system of electrical control, selects the Mitsubishi PLC on bottle conveying chain motor speed control, mainly on the bottle conveying speed automatic adjustment. Finally I chose to filling and capping machine drive system design, according to its production capacity, in order to ensure the smooth filling bottled, choose a suitable transmission ratio, reasonable design, reliable transmission system, which comprises a belt wheel, worm gear drive, gear drive.

本次设计主要研究生产能力为2万瓶/h的啤酒灌装生产流水的包装生产工艺、各单机的型号的选择,以及在工厂中的布局。然后对啤酒输瓶系统的自动控制,对电机的进行自动调速,选用PLC以及变频器对卸箱机至洗瓶机的输瓶系统,一共四台电动机进行自己调速,能减少碰瓶,保证生产能力,起到很重要的作用。最后对灌装压盖机的传动系统进行设计,设计合理的传动比,做到结构紧凑、简单的效果。
对于章节安排,第二章安排啤酒灌装线的布局及单机的选择;第三章安排啤酒输送瓶的自动控制;第四章安排灌装压盖机的传动系统设计。
