血细胞染色方法的探讨(论文7300字)
摘要
目的:本论文用不同的染色方法对血涂片染色,观察血细胞的形态,比较对血细胞的不同辨别结果。方法:通过Giemsa染色法、Wright染色法和 Giemsa-Wright混合液染色3种染色方法对血涂片进行染色和血细胞的形态学观察。结果:在染色时间上Giemsa 染液染色时间最长、Wright 染液染色时间最短、Giemsa-Wright 混合液染色时间介于两者之间,Giemsa 染液的细胞核染色效果好,细胞质界限清晰,但细胞质中的颗粒染色效果较差;Wright 染液染对细胞核和细胞质中的颗粒染色效果较好,细胞质的界限不淸;Giemsa-Wright 混合染色具细胞核和细胞质中的颗粒染色效果较好,细胞界限清晰。结论:Giemsa染色法、Wright染色法和 Giemsa-Wright 混合染色三种染色方法均能有效的协助甄别血细胞,Giemsa-Wright 混合染色方法相较于前两种方法染色效果更为明显,值得广泛应用。

ABSTRACT
Objective: In this paper, different staining methods were used to stain the blood smears, observe the morphology of blood cells, and compare the different results of blood cells. Methods: The blood smears were stained by Giemsa staining, Wright staining and Giemsa-Wright staining. The morphological changes were observed. Results:The Giemsa-Wright mixture had the shortest staining time, the Giemsa-Wright mixture had the shortest dyeing time, the Giemsa-Wright mixture had the same staining time, and the cytoplasmic boundaries were clear, but the cytoplasm was clear The staining effect of Wright dye on the nucleus and cytoplasm was better, and the cytoplasmic boundaries were not clear. Giemsa-Wright mixed staining had better staining effect on the nuclei and cytoplasm, and the cell boundaries were clear . Conclusion: Giemsa staining method, Wright staining method and Giemsa-Wright hybrid staining method can effectively help to identify blood cells. Giemsa-Wright mixed staining method is more obvious than the first two methods, and it is worthy to be widely used.
